For the month of November we will be focusing on Non Fiction Text.  The application of the skills and their strategies here is for the same purpose sin other genres.  In this unit students should focus on organizing and holding onto ideas and information.  Students should focus on text organization, the different parts and features and how to use them.

Math

We will be covering adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing mixed fractions.  It is very important that students practice their multiplication table.
